How to Use This Course
I suggest you go through the course in order to start. Then, pick one of the techniques to use daily for a week or two at least. Use it consistently to feel how it changes things for you. Then, choose another technique to add daily for the next few weeks. This will help you build on the benefits. It works like compound interest. The more you practice, the better you feel. Remember, that you don't have to use these techniques for long periods - start with 5 minutes or even 1 minute and then build on it.
